The gear box is the oil bath type, featured with large shaft power and long service life. The bearing is NSK bearing imported from Japan, featured with low noise and good wear resistance. The air blower impeller is made of pure FRP material, with good corrosion resistance and high conversion efficiency. The dynamic balance accuracy is up to G5.6. The blower body is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic in volute structure, with smooth inner surface and small resistance. The air inlet is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic in overall convergent structure, processed precisely and bolted to the side of the air blower body. Due to high precision, the gas can flow well into the impeller with small flow resistance. The air blower is an ideal corrosion resistant air blower in China at present, especially suitable for the places required for good corrosion resistance.
